Welcome to the Self-Service Password Manager.  You can use this tool to manage your password for:
Unlock Account
Unlock your account after multiple failed
login attempts.
Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your password, and have previously
enrolled in Self-Service Password Manager (this site) by setting
up your security questions, click Forgot Password above to
reset your password yourself. 
If you've forgotten your password but never enrolled in SSPM,
you must contact your organization's ClinicalConnect Local Registration
Authority to have your password reset manually. 
Do not click Forget Password if you know your password, but it has
expired; instead log into SSPM on the left to change your expired
password.
